1. Cannot play the video

  1. Please check the network link or if you are using VPN;
  2. Please check if the capacity of the netbook is full, some netbooks may block users from playing when there is no remaining capacity;
    If it’s not any of the above, please try to play it using the official (the word official should be highlighted because some users may not be able to verify the problem by using third-party cracked apps) app of the corresponding netdisk to troubleshoot the problem. If you can play it in the official app but not in MOON, please contact customer service.

2. Rays can penetrate the control panel

We have noted the issue and will fix it later. At this stage, if the first film you watch after opening moon is from a source that is not a network drive, such as from local, SMB, etc., it may cause the rays to penetrate when you watch the film from the network drive in the following period. The solution is also very simple, you just need to restart moon and then play the film from the network drive first.

3. 3D/VR video display abnormality or black edges

When watching online, sometimes moon can’t read the aspect ratio of the streaming video directly. In this case, moon will use the default aspect ratio, which may result in a mismatch with the original video. We don’t recommend using Netflix to watch VR videos, both the clarity and colours are unsatisfactory.

4. Drag the progress bar or fast forward and the film gets stuck, but the progress bar time is still moving.

For some larger files (especially mkv files), the loading time may be longer, sometimes after dragging the progress bar or fast forwarding, you may need to wait for a longer time to buffer.

5. Why can’t we provide original picture playback option?

Moon uses the official interface of each network drive, if there is no original picture option, then it proves that the network drive does not provide the original picture interface.

6. When will other discs be made available?
